A quick-drying liquid polymer-bitumen coating 9kg intended for renovation of bituminous roof coverings and for making waterproof coatings. Creates a seamless and flexible waterproof membrane with increased UV resistance up to 5 years. Quick drying and rain resistant just in 2 hours. Can be used on damp surfaces. Safe for polystyrene. Safe for the environment, solvent-free – nonflammable, odorless. The product of the asphalt-latex type anionic emulsion.

Prior to application, read safety instruction presented in MSDS.
Surface preparation:
Before application dust the substrate.
Substrates should be free from grease, oil and rust.
If necessary, prime the substare.
The substrate must be even, without cavities, sticking parts or damages.
Remove loose particles, exisiting damages and cracks fill with Asphalt-Rubber Emulsion Fast Filler.
Smooth the surfaces in order to increase the adhesiveness.
Humid substrates are allowed yet standing water should be avoided.
Freshly applied coating must be protected from rain and frost.
Product preparation:
Stir well before use.
Application:
The product can be applied with brush, roller or by airless spraying. Recommended parameters: 519 nozzle,
capacity 2,3 l/min ( (for larger works recommended above 4 l / min), nozzle with a hole of 0.019“ (0.48 mm), 180-
190 bar pressure.
Freshly applied coating must be protected from rain and frost.
Clean the tools before use.
ROOFING MAINTENANCE
Apply on prepared surface one layer of product with thickness 0,3 – 0,4mm.
RENOVATION COATINGS ON FLAT ROOFS
In order to obtain a watertight coating it is recommended to apply the product in at least two layers. For small
cracks and unstable substrates or vertical penetrations, use a polyester fleece of approx. 80 g/m². The fleece should
be embedded in the first layer and thoroughly levelled with a brush or roller and allowed to dry completely. Once
the layer with the reinforcing fleece is completely dry, apply the second layer crosswise to the first layer.
In places particulary exposed to sun operation, the coating can be protected with mineral granules.
WATERPROOF INSULATIONS ACCORDING TO PN-B-24002
Apply on prepared surface two layers of product with thickness 0,3 – 0,4 mm each.
Apply the second coat after the first one has dried out, in such a way as not to damage it.
Total consumption for two layers is ca. 0,7 kg/m².
Product is packaged in 9 kg pails. Store up to 18 months in original sealed packaging at +5 °C to +30 °C.
Protect from frost and avoid temperatures above 35 °C and direct sunlight. Store and transport at a temperature of not less than 5 °C.
